3. Products and Availability

Each KBeanEssentials product is handcrafted in small batches. As a result, slight variations in color, scent, or finish may occur from batch to batch. These natural variations reflect the artisanal nature of our products and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice. Some products may be offered as limited edition, seasonal, or made to order, and availability may vary throughout the year.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies, even after an order has been placed. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.

5. Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped within Michigan, where KBeanEssentials is based. Tax rates and collection requirements may change as the business expands into other states.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours and shipped promptly. Orders placed after 1 PM EST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.

Delivery times typically range from 4 to 7 days after processing, depending on the carrier and shipping option selected. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Tracking codes may take up to 48 hours to activate.

7. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs fees, or duties applied upon arrival. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total.

8. Returns and Refunds
