Thank you for choosing KBeanEssentials. Each order is handcrafted, carefully packaged, and shipped with intention from our studio in Shelby Township, Michigan.

Order Processing
Each KBeanEssentials order is carefully handcrafted and made to order just for you. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods or seasonal launches, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Carriers and Rates
KBeanEssentials offers a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 on all orders. We ship via ground shipping through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, ground delivery typically takes 3 to 4 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. KBeanEssentials is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking code to activate. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist.
Shipping Within the United States
KBeanEssentials ships to all 50 U.S. states. All orders are shipped from Shelby Township, Michigan.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping on select orders. International customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs fees, or duties applied upon arrival. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total. KBeanEssentials is unable to predict, estimate, or refund these charges. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or contains an error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make things right. Requests received after this 3-day window are not eligible for a refund or replacement. Please review our full Return and Refund Policy for complete details.
Local Pickup and Delivery
At this time, KBeanEssentials does not offer local pickup or local delivery. All orders are shipped through our standard carrier network.
