Each KBeanEssentials product is handcrafted in small batches with careful attention to quality, consistency, and detail. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal preferences, including scent, texture, or color.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or contains an error, please contact us within 3 days of your order date so we can make things right. Requests received after this 3-day window are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return shipping costs, when applicable, are the responsibility of the purchaser. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
