Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Each KBeanEssentials product is carefully handcrafted and made to order just for you. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays and will be processed when we reopen. During high-volume periods or seasonal launches, processing times may be slightly extended. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Where do you ship to?
We ship both domestically and internationally. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees required by their country.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin crafting and processing orders as they are placed, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need assistance, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
How Much Is Shipping?
Ground shipping is $10 for all domestic U.S. orders. Orders over $75 ship free!
Tracking & Delivery
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package. Please note that once your order is in the carrier's hands, we are unable to make changes, speed up delivery, or redirect the destination. We always hope for smooth, on-time delivery, but occasional delays are sometimes inevitable and outside of our control.
If you experience an error in your order or damage upon delivery, please contact us so we can make it right.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days of shipping, while international shipping times may vary.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my order arrives damaged or is lost?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos so we can assist. If your package is lost in transit, reach out and we will help guide next steps with the carrier.

Are your products clean and safe?
Our products are crafted with thoughtfully selected ingredients that meet high standards of quality and safety. All fragrances are phthalate-free, Prop 65–compliant, and follow IFRA guidelines. Our fragrance oils are also vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without parabens.
How strong are your scents?
Our fragrances are designed to be refined and balanced—noticeable without being overwhelming—so they gently enhance your space.
How long do your products last?
Longevity varies by product and usage. Reed diffusers typically last several months, while room sprays and soaps will vary based on frequency of use.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will work with you to make it right.
