RETURN POLICY Effective Date: April 4, 2026

At KBeanEssentials, each product is carefully handcrafted and made to order with attention to quality and detail. Due to the nature of our handcrafted, made-to-order products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We are unable to accommodate requests based on personal preference, including but not limited to scent, texture, color, or change of mind.

Damaged Orders

We stand behind the quality of our products. The only exception to our no-return policy is if your order arrives damaged during delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by emailing kbeanessentials@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will review your request and determine next steps.

Please note:

  • Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for review
  • We do not guarantee replacements or refunds, but we will review each verified damage claim individually
  • Returns or refunds will not be issued for any reason other than delivery damage
  • We are unable to make exceptions to this policy

We take care in preparing and packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Time

Each KBeanEssentials order is carefully handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it ships. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, all tracking and shipping updates will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

KBeanEssentials is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Shipping delays once the package has left our facility
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, KBeanEssentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days so we can assist.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

All products are handcrafted and made to order. Slight variations in color, scent, and appearance may occur from batch to batch. These variations are a natural part of the handcrafting process and are not considered defects.

Order Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to review all order details prior to checkout, including:

  • Shipping address
  • Product selection
  • Quantity

Because each product is made to order, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Limitation of Liability

KBeanEssentials is not liable for any damages, reactions, or adverse effects resulting from misuse of products or failure to follow product instructions and warnings.
